Q : What are your receiving hours?
A : Our Elk Grove Village Distribution Center receives until 12AM midnight. Our other locations have flexible hours. Our Special Operations receiving hours located in Chicago are from 5AM to 7PM.

Q: Do you have a temperature controlled warehouse?
A: We have areas in our facility that are climate controlled.

Q : Where can I obtain a credit application?

Q : How will I be billed and what are your payment terms?
A : Customers are invoiced on a weekly basis with net 30 payment terms. Paper to EDI invoicing is available. Other billing and payment terms are discussed and approved through our Accounting Department.

Q : Is there a cost associated with online ordering and tracking?
A : No. It is a completely free, value-added service to all of our customers.

Q: What are your Quality Control practices?
A: We have a monitoring system through our Quality Assurance and Standard Operations Departments. The sole purpose of these departments is to monitor the progress of deliveries from beginning to end and to identify potential challenges before they escalate into problems. This helps us execute your shipments to a successful completion.

A: Yes. We primarily operate in the Chicagoland market. Veterans Distribution of Chicago provides custom distribution solutions in select areas of Rockford, Illinois, Southeast WI, and Northwest IN.
